I too find that anxiety and depression are often born of a sense of being overwhelmed, at a lack of control. Never thought to anchor myself with an organizer tool however! I’d probably buy it and find I’m not organized enough to use it and that’d be more proof of just how out of control I’d gotten ) More power to you!
