Painting with rocks

My creation

It’s been a weekend full of experimentation and creativity. The best sort, if you ask me.

On Saturday the kids found some red rocks that Miss M informed me were used by the Ohlone Indians to paint with. My girl painstakingly crushed her treasured trove of pebbles and mixed in water for just the right consistency. What fun to decorate your brother and friends! And for them to paint happy pictures for you as well.
