For a while now I’ve been getting the sweetest email newsletter called Kids Craft Weekly. It’s self-published by Amber Carvan, a mom of two who lives near(ish) to Sydney, Australia. If you have a little one to keep busy I highly recommend that you subscribe as well :-)

Amber writes simple tutorials (with photos to help the visual amongst us!) for projects you can do with young children. M&B are a little bit old at six and eight for most of her projects, but my little guy is getting to be just about the right age to explore her crafty activities. [actually, come to think of it, I think the olders would get a kick out of doing "little kid" projects with their bro]

This week’s issue is focused on shapes — you’ll also find tons of inspiring goodness in her archives.
