A win-win-win-(win) situation

I was the super-lucky recipient of an awesome delivery from Zappos this week. I got my boots (yay, Mom! — mine, that is). My Boy B got the outer box to make an airplane. Miss M made a boxcar out of the boot box, and Little T got to tear them both apart and make a home for himself.

I loooove those boots! I almost bought them last year, but didn’t. I don’t know why. Maybe this year!
I had an overwhelming urge to kiss the top of that little head. Great boots, too. Have you made your own style feeder? I think yours would be interesting to look at.

I am so in love with the boots! I’ve been coveting these for over a year and when my Mom asked what I wanted for Christmas I knew what to say (though I was nervous about the $$!). I was psyched to find them on sale, with free shipping, and no tax added on Zappos!
I had the same pair when I was about 10 years old — loved ‘em then, love ‘em now

I checked out stylefeeder, but I’ve got so many tools and widgets out there that I try not to go overboard with them (hard to do when you’ve been in web dev as long as I have… my del.icio.us account is a mess). For now I’m using Wists.com and really getting a kick out of seeing what’s out there. Nice way to capture the things I like. I don’t have “mad money” so I do my day dreaming over there.
Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I have been really enjoying your site!! I’m a sucker for cute little elephants (LOVE the elephant mobile, BTW!!). Also, I’m trying really hard to resist the temptation to buy your husband’s book – it is such a great concept and a question my monkeys ask ALL the time. In the end, I’m sure I will have no resolve and end up purchasing it
I’m adding you to my blogroll on my site under “They Understand.” (hope you don’t mind).
PS – I wish I had someplace to wear those awesome boots. I guess I could be stylish while cleaning the bathroom and doing the laundry, but my husband would surely think I have gone over the edge!
It was sooo nice to get this note from you. Thank you.
I’m also thrilled you like Tomas’ book, you’ll find a review of it on the hard-cover edition… for some reason the site won’t let you review and rate on one edition, and have that info appear on both pages. Pretty frustrating. The soft cover is less expensive, and delivers faster
On the boot-front; I don’t recommend bathing one’s child while wearing them. Had a major panic that they were ruined — they’re fine!
& Thanks For The Plug!!!
