Happy Birthday Nutter

My sweet old dog Nutmeg is fifteen today. To celebrate, we are planning to make a dog-bone garland out of paper and string, and a Pot Au Feu (she’ll get the bones when we’re done). If we have any energy after last-minute holliday shopping, we’ll try to get in a batch of dog biscuits.
That may be the cutest dog I have ever seen. So sweet!
The way she has tucked her front paws under is just the sweetest thing!
Thank you for your kind comments. Nutmeg is getting tired, and I’ve been preparing myself for not having her around forever. This photo is bitter-sweet for me.
