Painting with chalk

When it was warmer we spent a lovely summer day hanging out with friends at their house. The kids discovered the sidewalk chalk and got creative. They mixed in a bit of water, blended their own colors and painted themselves all the colors of the rainbow.
Too bad chalk dries so fast — their vibrant colors turned to pale pastels all too quickly…
Using their bodies as canvases? A fabulous idea! Quinn loves to draw with chalk – but he hates how temporary his art is.
