Doll cake

My friend Jacqui insists this cake was “Easy-peasy” to make. It’s a basic rectangle cake. Rolled, premade royal icing (she is able to buy this in Australia, I’d never heard of it before). Then stuck a heap of stuff in it. The doll is a cheap cut up plastic one.
I think this cake is gorgeous, and just love that it was easy for her to put together. Too bad my Miss M is soon to be eight, and much too “mature” for this anymore…
