Quilting with Miss M.

My Mom is the Quilting Queen in our family. It’s a craft she took up in retirement and I think it’s been a great outlet for her creativity. She has shared her love for this art-form with M and my girl has taken to it whole hog.
When Little T was born last Fall, Mom came out for a visit and they embarked on an incredible quilting journey. My Mom worked with M each step of the way, letting her do all the design & decision-making. With each visit over the past year they got a bit more done; finally finishing a beautiful pillow cover a couple weeks ago. [The picture here is of the center panel]
